To understand this the BP Settlement you really have to understand that the only way they could make it a class action settlement is because the divided the effected area into different Zones. That way all the claims in one Zone would get the same multiplier.

We enough of that let me show you the different Zones, you can see in the BP Settlement calculation what each zone should be getting in multipliers.

The map is divided into 4 different Zones. Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D

Zone A is the best and should get everybody in that BP settlement Zone a 3.5 multiplier, it then goes down from there to a 2.3 multiplier in zone D
